You agree to keep your Account information current, complete and accurate by periodically updating the information through RebatesMe.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you haven't earned Cash Back for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, RebatesMe reserves the right to debit your Account balance $1.99 per month (“Account Maintenance Fee”) to recover the cost of account maintenance in its normal course of business until you reactivate your Account by earning Cash Back or until your account balance is zero.
