Why can't I withdraw even though I have cashback in my account?

If all your cashback comes from CPC (click-based) merchants, these are categorized as "Click Bonuses", not "Cash Backs". For first-time withdrawals, the system requires at least $0.01 Cash Back. 

Note：Click Bonus is not Cash Back. To earn Cash Back you'll need to place an order through RebatesMe.
