The RebatesMe Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”) rewards members for inviting new users to join RebatesMe. By participating, both the Referrer (“you”) and the Referee (“your friend”) agree to comply with these Terms, as well as the RebatesMe Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

RebatesMe may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. All decisions made by RebatesMe regarding eligibility, qualification, and bonus distribution are final.

Eligible Referrers will earn a $10* Referral Bonus  for each Qualified Referral that meets all Program requirements. Bonuses are credited to your RebatesMe account once verified.

A Referee (your friend) may also receive a sign-up incentive if stated in the promotional offer at the time of joining. *Bonus amounts may vary during special promotions or campaigns (such as Black Friday), as determined by RebatesMe.

To be considered a Qualified Referral, the following conditions must be met:

• The referred friend must be a new RebatesMe member who has not previously registered with RebatesMe.

• The friend must sign up using your unique referral link or 6 digit referral code.

• Within 90 days of joining, the referred friend must earn $10 or more in confirmed cashback from qualifying purchases.

• Cashback earned from gift card purchases or non-participating merchants does not count toward this threshold. (See the current non-qualifying merchant list here: https://www.rebatesme.com/nonactive)

Once all criteria are met, the referral bonus will automatically be credited to your account and reflected in your available balance.

RebatesMe reserves the right to deny or reverse referral bonuses for any activity that violates these terms, including but not limited to:

• Self-referrals or referring members within the same household or address.

• Duplicate or fake accounts, or accounts created primarily to trigger referral bonuses.

• One-time purchase accounts designed solely to qualify for a referral reward.

• Bulk, automated, or incentivized referrals, including offering compensation or rewards in exchange for sign-ups.

• Posting referral links on websites, merchant pages, coupon platforms, or social media accounts not personally owned or managed by you.

• Misleading, spam, or deceptive advertising of your referral link, including mass email distribution or keyword bidding (e.g., on “RebatesMe” or similar terms).

• Impersonating RebatesMe staff or presenting yourself as an official representative.

• Using scripts, bots, or browser extensions to manipulate referral tracking.

RebatesMe may flag or reject referrals showing suspicious patterns. 

By sharing your referral link, you acknowledge that you have a personal relationship* with the people you invite and have their consent to receive your invitation.

You agree to represent RebatesMe truthfully and not engage in any activity that could damage RebatesMe’s reputation or mislead potential users.  *Sponsered influencers must adhere to all agreed upon RebatesMe Influencer Terms and Conditions.  

RebatesMe actively monitors referral and account activity to ensure fair participation. If any account or referral behavior is found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or inconsistent with these Terms, RebatesMe may:

• Withhold, deny, or cancel referral bonuses;

• Revoke associated cashback rewards; and/or

• Suspend or terminate the involved RebatesMe accounts.

RebatesMe’s determination of fraud or abuse is final.

RebatesMe reserves the right to:

• Update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice;

• Limit the number of referral bonuses a single user may earn;

• Exclude specific transactions, merchants, or members from eligibility; and

• Interpret all Program terms and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

All interpretations and decisions by RebatesMe are final and binding.

RebatesMe may, at any time and for any reason, suspend, modify, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program without prior notice.
