What are the rules for referring friends?


To refer a friend, simply use your unique referral link located in My Center of your RebatesMe.com account. When your friend clicks this referral link and signs up, we attribute this sign up to you. You will earn a $10 bonus. The more friends you refer, the more you earn!
Friendly Reminder: For the Refer-a-Friend bonus to become available in your account, your friend must reach a minimum of $10 in available Cash Back. If your friend hasn't earned Cash Back totaling $10 or above within 365 days of the join date, the Refer Bonus will be canceled.

Note:

1.  Orders from some merchants do not qualify for the activation of sign-up and referral bonuses. 


2.  Orders of gift cards do not qualify for the activation of sign-up and referral bonuses. 

RebatesMe reserves the right to cancel referral bonuses that include, but not limited to, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, referrals of members of the same household, fraud, returns and unusual activities. RebatesMe also reserves the right to revoke RebatesMe referral bonuses if any of the above-mentioned issues are discovered after a RebatesMe referral bonus payment is issued. If you feel your RebatesMe referral bonus was improperly withheld, please contact us and we are happy to work it out with you.


What is the Refer-A-Friend Program?

RebatesMe offers bonuses to our members for spreading the word about earning cash back with us. If someone you refer signs up for RebatesMe and makes a qualifying purchase, you can both earn bonuses! The purchase requirement and reward amount can vary, but the most current promotion can always be found on the Refer-A-Friend page.


How does the program work?

RebatesMe members are each assigned a unique link, which can be found by signing in to RebatesMe and visiting the Invite Friends page. Simply send your link to friends via email, text or social media. If they sign up via your link and make a qualifying purchase, you both will earn your bonus.


What do my friends need to do?

For you to qualify for your bonus, your friend has to:

Sign up for RebatesMe using your unique link on your RebatesMe account when they sign up. (This is how we’ll know who sent them!) Make qualifying purchases that earn at least $10 in cash back within one year of signing up.


When will I receive my bonus?

Generally, you can expect to receive your referral bonus within 90 days of your referral’s qualifying purchase. (We have to wait for the merchant to report your purchase to us, and allow for any exchange/return policy time to expire.)


Can I see my activity?

To see if your friends have signed up and/or qualified you for a bonus, visit the “Invite Friends” page in your RebatesMe account.



How many friends can I invite?

The more, the merrier! You can invite all the friends you want. However, please be aware that in order to receive the bonus, members have to be new to RebatesMe.

Will my friends receive unsolicited emails?

We respect your friends’ privacy and will only send email invitations to them at your request. Once your friends join, they’ll be able to adjust their email preferences.
