Pending
"Pending " Cash Back is your earnings that cannot yet be withdrawn because the return time (90 days, some merchants can now take up to 180 days) on those purchases has not yet passed.
Payable
Cash Back is automatically moved into "Payable" status 90 days from the "posting date". I.E. A Cash Back that posted on 4/1/2018 would move to "Payable" on 7/30/2018, some merchants can now take up to 180 days.
Payment Cashed out
When your account's Payable Cash Back amount reaches a minimum of $10, you can request a payment. For your first Cash Out, your payment must include at least one rebate order. After we complete the payment, the Cash Back status will change from "Payable" to "Cashed".
Pending Investigation
We have submitted a confirmation request to the retailer, this order will become Pending after the retailer confirmed. This normally takes about 45 days. Please notice that the order total and Cash Back may get updated according to the retailer's information. If the merchant refuses the application, the order amount and Cash Back will be zero.
Canceled
All returns and cancellations are subject to each merchant’s specific policy. Returned or canceled orders may void Cash Back and be deducted from your Cash Back Balance.
Exchanged orders may void Cash Back and be deducted from your Cash Back Balance, depending on the store’s policy. If the merchant processes your exchange order as a cancellation and a new transaction is created, it will be treated as a canceled order.
