No Cash Back orders do not enjoy the first order bonus.

RebatesMe reserves the right to cancel the first order bonus that include, but not limited to, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraud, returns and unusual activities. RebatesMe also reserves the right to revoke RebatesMe referral bonuses if any of the above-mentioned issues are discovered after a RebatesMe referral bonus payment is issued.
