When can I request a payment?


When your account's available Cash Back amount reaches a minimum of $10, you can request a payment. You'll need to log in to your RebatesMe account and click the "Cash Out" button so that you can submit a request for your payment. You can use PayPal, Credit Card or choose a Gift Card to receive your Cash Back.

 

For your first Cash Out you are only required a minimum of $0.01 available Cash Back.

 

Remember, sign up bonuses, first order bonuses, referrals, and any other promotion do not count towards the minimum balance to Cash Out. The immediate cash out is valid only on your first order Cash Back, and limited to one use per RebatesMe user. No Cash Back orders are not valid for this offer. 



What methods can I choose for payment?


You have the option to choose PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or Check or Gift Card to receive your money. Choose the desired payment method before requesting payment and please be sure that your payment method is valid to avoid any delays. Please note that credit cards are subject to an existing limit and the total amount of Cash Back cannot exceed $1500.



We have a new method for Cash Back payments--Checks


This check is a physical check that will be mailed to you with the name and address in your Account Settings.Only accept US private addresses, Chinese addresses or transshipment addresses cannot apply the check.


Please note that each check is subject to an existing limit and the total amount of cash back needs to exceed $1000.

It’s important to us that you receive your payments. We realize that it is possible for checks not to make it to the right delivery address or to somehow be damaged/destroyed, and we’re here to help. If your RebatesMe check is ever missing, lost, destroyed or expired, we will be happy to issue a replacement. It can take up to 30 days from the pay-date for our check to reach your address.

In addition, while our checks are typically valid for 90 days, we also have an additional 90-day grace period. Accordingly, each of our checks is actually valid for 180 days (or 6 months) from the issue date. Please note that we can't check if it is over 180 days.

 

Please contact us in time if your check is lost, missing, expired or damaged.



Do I need to pay any fee for my payment?


No. There are no fees for your payment. You will receive all the money that you earn in Cash Back using RebatesMe.

We support Visa and Mastercard credit cards as an option to receive your Cash Back. A $.01 pre-authorization deposit from REBATESME OR will be issued to your card to verify your account.You will not incur any actual charges.

If you want to transfer the money from PayPal to your Credit Card, please contact PayPal customer service.




Status of payment: Pending, Processing, Bounced, Paid


Payment Pending

Your requested payment has been received and the system will complete the review within 2 business days.

 

Payment Processing
Your request has been approved and the system will process the payment within 2 business days.

 

Payment Bounced

Your request has failed for some reason, the payment has been returned to the account, you can enter the account to view the details.

 

Payment Paid

Your request has been completed. You will receive your money in 48 hours for PayPal and within one week for a credit card. If you haven't received your money within these timeframes, please contact us immediately.



How long will it take to receive my money?


We will confirm your payment information within 2 business days. You will receive your money in 48 hours for PayPal and within one week for a credit card. If you haven't received your money within one week, please contact us immediately.



Can I change my payment method after I applied for a payment ?


Possibly, yes. When you requested your payment, we automatically sent you an email letting you know that we'd soon be sending your payment. Please "contact us" as soon as possible and we will try to cancel your payment request. Then visit your Account Settings to update your preferred payment method. You can then request the payment again. Note: if we have already processed your payment request by the time you click the Cancel link, it is too late, and we cannot change the payment method.



My PayPal payment was denied. What should I do?


This may have happened because your payment method information is invalid or your order for your cash back updated. If you cannot identify the issue, please "contact us". If this is the first time receiving money in your PayPal account, you will need to confirm the payment in your account within 30 days or it will be returned.



How do I request payment as a Gift Card?


RebatesMe members who select to receive their payment via a Gift Card will get a payout bonus added to their cash out payment request. Bonus amount is specified next to each Gift Card payout option on the Payments page of the account.

 

For Gift Cards, we are unable to re-issue a Gift Card payment once it has been processed. Members will need to contact the retailer or vendor for any Gift Card issues once payment has been processed.

 

The Gift Card is equivalent to cash. Please protect the information properly. RebatesMe is not responsible for lost or stolen payments.



Can I set the cash amount to request payment as a Gift Card?


In order to speed up the payment process, the system will process the payout automatically, and you will not be able to set the payment amount.



Can I request a Gift Card for multiple merchants at the same time?


In order to speed up the payment process, you can only use one merchant's Gift Card to apply for withdrawal at a time.



What information will I receive after I request payment as a Gift Card?


Within 48 hours of completing the payment, you will receive an email notice as well as a system message in your RebatesMe account about the corresponding Gift Card information. You can use this information to check the balance or go shopping at the merchant website.



Why is money missing from my Gift Card?


If the Gift Card balance is incorrect or having any difficulty redeeming the card, please contact our Customer Services(service@rebatesme.com). We'll be happy to straighten things out for you right away.



Why isn't my Gift Card working?


Please make sure you've entered the Gift Card information from your RebatesMe account and double check the brand's redemption details to ensure the card can be redeemed in the way you're attempting.

 

If you still cannot redeem your Gift Card or if there is an issue with the balance, please contact us(service@rebatesme.com). We'll be happy to straighten things out for you right away.
