RebatesMe LLC ("RebatesMe," "we," or "us") provides access to RebatesMe.com (the "Website") subject to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By registering or using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Any new features, services, or enhancements added to the Website will also be governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Qualifying Purchase" means an eligible transaction meeting all program requirements as specified in these Terms.
"Available Cash Back" refers to earned rebates meeting the $10 minimum threshold, excluding bonuses and pending reversals.
"Affiliate Merchant" denotes third-party retailers participating in RebatesMe's shopping rewards program.

2. OVERVIEW

RebatesMe.com operates as a shopping rewards platform powered by commission-based affiliate partnerships with our retail partners ("Affiliate Merchants"). When you shop through RebatesMe, a portion of the commission we earn is shared with you in the form of cash back rebates.

We combine price comparison tools, exclusive discounts, and coupons to help you save money while earning cash back on every purchase.

3. CASH BACK PAYMENT METHOD

RebatesMe pays its members by Credit, PayPal, and Alipay.

4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To use RebatesMe’s services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age, OR

• If under 18, have explicit consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

• Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, we will delete such information immediately and terminate the account.

Additionally, you must have:

• Internet access and a valid email address.

Important: RebatesMe is not responsible for any inability to access our website or your account due to connectivity issues.

5. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a RebatesMe member, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Account Accuracy & Security

• Maintain current and accurate account information, including a valid email and mailing address.

• Keep your password, email, mailing address, and other account details confidential.

• RebatesMe is not liable for any unauthorized account changes made using your credentials.

2. SMS Communications (If Opted In)

• Ensure your mobile number is correct and up to date.

• Acknowledge that standard carrier fees (message/data rates) may apply.

• Consent to receive automated promotional and transactional texts from RebatesMe.

3. Compliance & Prohibited Activities

• Adhere to RebatesMe’s Terms of Service and policies at all times.

• Refrain from inappropriate use of RebatesMe’s website, services, or affiliated merchant sites.

• Do not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

6. SIGN-UP BONUS TERMS

1. Eligibility

• You must be a new RebatesMe member.

• Within 90 days of joining, you must earn $10+ in cash back from qualifying purchases (excluding bonuses).

2. Bonus Qualification

• If you fail to earn $10 in cash back within 90 days, the sign-up bonus will be voided.

• Bonuses are payable only when your available cash back (excluding bonuses) reaches $10 or more.

3. Exclusions

• Purchases from non-qualifying merchants (e.g., AARP, Axos Bank, Apple China, Jabra, BBQGuys, The Motley Fool (US/CA)).

• Gift card purchases do not count toward the bonus.
  
  

7. REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM TERMS

1. Referral Bonus

• Earn $10 per Qualified Referral (credited to your RebatesMe account).

2. Qualified Referral Requirements

• The referred friend must:

• Be a new RebatesMe member.

• Sign up via your unique referral link or approved tracking method.

• Earn $10+ in cash back within 90 days of joining.

3. Exclusions

• Non-qualifying merchants (same as Sign-Up Bonus exclusions).

• Gift card purchases do not count toward referrals.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior, including:

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or household referrals.

• Posting referral links on non-owned platforms (e.g., merchant pages, forums).

• Using paid ads (e.g., search engine sponsorships).

• Impersonating RebatesMe or spamming (email, social media, etc.).

5. Enforcement

• RebatesMe reserves the right to:

• Deny, withhold, or cancel bonuses for suspicious activity.

• Suspend or terminate the program or modify terms at any time.

• All decisions are final and binding.

8. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cash Back Tracking System

We provide access to affiliate merchant websites through RebatesMe. When you:

1. Click our merchant links before shopping, and

2. Complete a qualifying purchase through that session, and we will credit your RebatesMe account with the specified cash back amount.

2. Tracking Limitations

While we employ industry-standard tracking methods, you acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for:

• Merchant-side tracking or reporting failures

• Technical issues preventing purchase attribution

• Consequences of disabled cookies/blocked tracking technologies

• Tracking may fail if:

• You use external coupons/promotions (non-RebatesMe sources)

• Items are pre-loaded in your cart before clicking our link

• Purchasing or paying with gift cards

• Using third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Pay, PayPal)

• Premature browser closure or cookie deletion during checkout

• Direct URL access or alternate referral paths to merchants

• Extended checkout periods (>24 hours from click-through)

• Multiple checkouts with a single RebatesMe referral

• Any user, technical, or merchant errors

3. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• You release RebatesMe, its affiliates, contractors, and representatives from all claims related to:

• Merchant disputes

• Tracking failures

• Uncredited purchases

• This release covers all damages, whether known/unknown, suspected/unsuspected, or disclosed/undisclosed.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO CASH BACK ELIGIBILITY

1. Non-Commissionable Purchases

Cash back will not be earned on purchases that do not generate commissions for RebatesMe, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards or gift certificates (purchasing or paying with them)

• Items intended for resale

• Products/services excluded by merchants (e.g., specific brands/categories)

• Purchases where the merchant revokes or cancels the commission

RebatesMe is not obligated to pay cash back for such transactions.

2. Returns & Reversals

If you:

• Return an item after receiving cash back, or

• A merchant reverses a commission,

RebatesMe reserves the right to:

• Recover the cash back amount (via account deduction or check cancellation)

• Suspend or offset future earnings if necessary

10. PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

RebatesMe provides price comparison services with the following conditions:

1. Price Accuracy

• We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee prices due to:

• Frequent retailer price changes

• Inventory fluctuations

• Products may show as available when actually out of stock

2. Tax & Shipping Estimates

• Calculations based on:

• Your ZIP code (tax)

• Merchant policies, product weight, and destination (shipping)

• Estimates may vary as we don't always receive complete data

11. COUPONS

1. Validation

• We verify coupons with merchants and list exceptions

• May occasionally fail due to:

• Merchant errors

• Technical issues

• Unlisted product restrictions

2. Resolution

• Report non-working coupons to us

• We'll attempt to:

• Reactivate the coupon

• Secure a replacement

• Clarify eligibility

12. Account Maintenance

1. Account Updates

• You must:

• Keep information current and accurate

• Use login credentials to make changes

• Maintain password confidentiality

• We assume all activity under your credentials is authorized

2. Inactivity Policy

• After 12 months without cash back earnings:

• $1.99 monthly Maintenance Fee applies

• Fees stop when:

• Account reaches $0 balance

• You earn cash back

• Zero-balance accounts may be permanently closed

13. PAYMENTS

1. Cash Out Requirements

• Minimum $10 available cash back (excluding bonuses)

• Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Alipay, check, or gift cards

• Currencies: USD or RMB

2. Payment Processing

• Cash back becomes available after the 90-day return window

• We may withhold payments for:

• Suspected fraud

• Merchant disputes

• Unusual activity

3. Limitations

• Not responsible for:

• Mail delays/errors

• Incorrect address information

• Merchant commission reversals

14. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATIONS

1. Program Changes

• May modify or terminate the program with notice

• 60-day redemption period after termination notice

• Notifications are sent to the registered email

2. Account Closure

• You may request closure anytime

• Immediate forfeiture of all cash back upon closure

3. Violation Consequences

• May terminate accounts for:

• Fraud (e.g., multiple accounts)

• Abusive behavior

• Policy violations

• Full list of prohibited activities maintained

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Must submit disputes within 90 days of the transaction

• RebatesMe has sole discretion in resolutions

• Error resolution is limited to account credit

• Both parties agree to resolve disputes individually, not as class members in any consolidated proceeding

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners

• Prohibited: unauthorized scraping/copying

17. PRIVACY

• Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. By using our services, you consent to international data transfers where applicable.

• CCPA/CPRA Rights (California Users): You may request disclosure of data categories collected, purposes of use, and third-party sharing over the past 12 months.

18. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

• No warranties regarding:

• Website availability

• Content accuracy

• Merchant performance

2. Liability Limitation

• Not liable for:

• Direct/indirect damages

• Lost profits

• Technical issues

3. State Law Exceptions

19. INDEMNITY

• You agree to defend and hold harmless RebatesMe from claims arising from:

• Policy violations

20. GOVERNING LAW

• Each party bears half of the arbitration costs

3. Exceptions

21. FORCE MAJEURE

RebatesMe is not liable for delays caused by: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, utility failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

22. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement encryption, firewalls, and regular audits. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breaches.

23. USER CONTENT 

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you:

• Warrant ownership of all rights

• Grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license

• Prohibit harmful/illegal material

24. MOBILE APP TERMS

App store terms (Apple/Google) are supplemental to these Terms. 

25. NOTICES

Official communications will be sent to your registered email. You must maintain a working email address and check it regularly.

26. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term doesn't constitute waiver.
